Carmalize about 4 Onions Sliced in Butter or Margarine. About 30 Minutes on a low Temp.

1 can of Beef Stock
1 Can Chicken Stock
2 Garlic cloves ( I grate with a cheese grater)
About 2tsp of a Red Wine or you could use Balsamic
Thyme
A small amount of Nutmeg. (Small Dash)
Salt ,Pepper

Now here is what I came up with most recipes say to put the soup in a broil safe bowl with bread and top with Gruyere or Swiss cheese. Instead I took a piece of foil sprayed with Pam then I took the French's Onions ( the one used for string bean cesserole). Topped with Cheese and cooked at 350 until they turned a little brown. Took soup and poured into a bowl topped with the French's.
